LTB at Opus

Dining for a good cause, that was what the Les Toques Blanches does once every month to not only have a fellowship among its members and friends but also to raise funds for its scholarship program - enabling underprivileged kids to have first class culinary education. For this particular dinner, the invitation was at Opus in Resorts World where the guests were treated to a fine food and a sampling of molecular gastronomy.
