Balloon Fiesta for BGC

How do you create a new festival and set yourself apart? Bonifacio Global City did exactly that - they created their own festival parade different from the usual street dancing that you see from Apari to Jolo. Such a simple concept - a parade of balloons - and they came out a winner! It just takes a little creativity. All fiestas should aspire to be different, not a carbon copy of everybody else.
