The return of concept / themed restaurants. Long gone are the frenzy over themed restaurants like Fashion Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Sports Cafe, etc. But it won't stop others from trying to create a craze ... especially if it anchors on such an iconic character like Hello Kitty that has managed to transcend time. In Seoul, where "cuteness" is a big thing, the cafe enjoys brisk business. Warning : if you can't stand pink though, be sure to stay away.
