Isdaan in Gerona Tarlac is a good example of creative dining. It offers much more than great food (it is run, after all, by the Ongpaucos of Barrio Fiesta fame), but also creates a unique dining experience. From the giant statues, to the animals, to the infamous Taksiapo, Isdaan is a must-stop for those travelling to and from the north.
