China Food Procurement Fair

Upon a business associate's invitiation, we visited the 9th China International Procurement Fair in Xiamen, China. What was interesting about the expo was that it was almost 90% dedicated to tea. Rows and rows of large exhibit pavilions were selling tea variants from the different regions of China and beyond. This shows how big a market tea is for the world's largest population. Never saw so many innovations on the tea kettle. Bottoms up!
